These Booking Terms and Conditions (“Booking Terms”) govern the online booking and appointment scheduling services provided by CutRoom Ltd (“CutRoom”, “we,” or “us”). By accessing our online booking platform and making an appointment, you agree to comply with these Booking Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
To book appointments at CutRoom, you must be an active member in good standing. All bookings are subject to availability.

Appointment Scheduling
  • Appointments can be booked through our online system or by phone
  • Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability
  • Walk-in appointments are available subject to capacity
  • Peak times may have limited availability
Cancellation Policy
  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
  • Late cancellations may affect future booking privileges
  • No-shows may result in booking restrictions
  • Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Arrival and Check-in
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
  • Excessively late arrivals may need to reschedule
  • Valid membership must be verified at check-in

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability. We recommend rescheduling as early as possible to secure your preferred time slot.
