Recover. Reset. Feel sharp again.
Cupping in a calm room right next to the chair. Sterile, single-use, and by appointment.
An old practice, in a clean, modern room.
Cupping places suction cups on the skin to draw it gently upward. We've brought it next door to CutRoom: a quiet, private space where you're looked after from the moment you sit down.
It's part of how a lot of people wind down, reset, and take an hour for themselves.
An hour that's just for you.

Many people fold it into the way they look after themselves between training and work.

How a session works.
Quick chat
We go through your health and what you're after, so the session suits you.
Get comfortable
You settle in, the area's cleaned, and everything's set up fresh in front of you.
The treatment
The cups go on. Most people find it a calm, manageable sensation — not painful.
Aftercare
We clean up, talk you through looking after the area, and book your next one if you'd like.
The bit that matters most.
This is health-adjacent, so we don't cut corners. Everything that touches you is single-use, and the room is cleaned down between every appointment.
Single-use, every time
Sterile, single-use blades and cups for wet cupping, opened in front of you and disposed of safely after.
Trained practitioner
Carried out by a trained practitioner who does this properly, with a clear process from start to finish.
Honest about who it suits
If something means it isn't right for you today, we'll say so — your safety comes before a booking.
Common questions.
Does it hurt?
Most people find it very manageable — a feeling of tightness and pull rather than pain. For wet cupping there are tiny, shallow scratches you'll barely notice. If anything's uncomfortable, we adjust.
Will I have marks afterwards?
Cupping can leave round, bruise-like marks where the cups sit. They're normal, painless, and usually fade over several days. We'll talk you through what to expect for your skin.
How often should I come?
That's personal — some people come now and then, others make it a regular part of their routine. We'll give you an honest steer based on how your session goes, with no pressure.
Is there anyone it isn’t suitable for?
If you're pregnant, on blood-thinning medication, or managing a health condition, please check with your GP first and tell us before booking. We'd always rather rearrange than take a risk.
What’s the aftercare?
Keep the area clean, take it easy for the rest of the day, and stay hydrated. We'll give you simple, clear guidance before you leave.
Do you see men and women?
[ Confirm your provision here — e.g. appointment times, and whether sessions are for men, women, or both. ]
